How to make good beats:

- 2 beets

- 2 carrots

- 1 piece of ginger

- 3 sticks of celery

- 1 orange or apple

And you know how I prefer it ------>> AS ORGANIC AS POSSIBLE :)

Juice everything, save the fiber for  soups, carrot cakes or other baked goods... Or throw it in the compost if you have one!

Pour it into a mason mug and sip the richness. I like to use a reusable glass straw from www.SimplyStraws.com

1 good sized Avocado

1/2 cup Raw cacao butter

 Handful of Cashews

3/4 cup Raw cacao

3/4 cup Figs

1/2 - 1 c Water

3/4 cup Raw filtered (local) honey

Topping of choice example banana

SUMMER VIBES

After a long winter wearing snow gear it is always such a pleasure to embrace summer and all it's activities. I like being outdoors, especially nearby a lake or water source. This summer I picked up long boarding again and it is the best way to exercise Gidget (dog). It makes me smile just to watch her runs alongside my board with her tongue hanging out her mouth!
